Interstate Worldwide Relocation Services began as a one man-one truck moving company. Today, Interstate has expanded to become a multi-million dollar enterprise, operating a fleet of 300 vehicles, employing more than 200 people, with over 1,000 partners worldwide. The company continues to be a prosperous family run business with many family members active on the executive board.
Over the years, Interstate’s growth has been dramatic. In the Washington, DC metro area, the company’s offices and warehouses have expanded to over 300,000 square feet in three locations, making it one of the largest service providers in the Mid-Atlantic region. It has become one of the U.S. Department of Defense’s primary movers, and is ranked in the nation’s top twenty for relocation, transportation, and logistics service management companies.
From meager beginnings to our current status as one of the leading global providers of logistics management solutions, Interstate’s commitment to quality has remained a driving force for over 67 years.
